Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a Website Design project take?
Timeline depends on scope and how quickly assets are ready. A focused five-page SMB site moves faster than a multi-page SaaS build with forms and SEO architecture. Timelines are confirmed during scoping before the project starts.
What do I need to have ready before the project begins?
Bring what exists: logo, photos, written content, brand guidelines. Anything missing can be contracted. Copywriting, photography, branding, and image generation are all available. The project doesn’t wait for a complete brief.
Can I update the site content myself after launch?
Yes. Every build includes training and a live handoff session. The client can manage and edit content without developer support for routine updates. A maintenance package covers ongoing technical work if that’s needed.
Is the site built with SEO & GEO in mind from the start?
Page structure, URL hierarchy, and copy are set up with search intent from the beginning — SEO is not added later as an afterthought. GEO (generative engine optimization) is applied alongside it: structured content, clear entity signals, and answer-first writing that give AI search tools what they need to surface the business in generated results. Both are considered at the start of the build, not retrofitted.
What if my business changes and I need to add more pages later?
The site is built on a structure that can grow. Adding pages later is straightforward and doesn’t require rebuilding from scratch. Scope for new additions is treated as a separate project and quoted accordingly.
Who writes the content — the client or the team?
Both options exist. The client can provide copy, or copywriting can be contracted as part of the project. Either way, content is integrated into the build. If the content is provided by the client, our team provides the content architecture based on UX&CX decisions, so either the client or us have to adapt the content to the content architecture.
