Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 Aug 2026

These terms cover the use of this website. Nothing here governs a project.

Services are agreed in a written contract signed by both sides, and that contract sets out scope, price, timelines, warranties, and everything else that matters to the work. Where these terms and a signed contract disagree, the contract wins.

Using this site means accepting what follows. Anyone who disagrees should stop using it.

Who these terms are with

PerrfectSite Ltd, company number 15958820, registered at 692-696 Stratford Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, England, B11 4AT.

SC Curcubeul SRL, Tomis 2, Brasov, Romania.

References to PerrfectSite below mean whichever company is relevant to the situation.

Information on this site

Content here describes services, methods, and past work in general terms. It is written to be accurate at the time of publishing, and it goes out of date.

Prices, service descriptions, technology choices, and timelines shown on this site are indicative. Current options get discussed on a discovery call, and only a written proposal or contract states what is actually being offered.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms a contract on its own.

Services can change

Services may be modified, replaced, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Clients with a signed contract are not affected by any such change. Work already agreed continues on the terms agreed, and withdrawal of a service from the website does not withdraw it from an existing engagement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, video, code, design assets, and the structure of the site itself, belongs to PerrfectSite or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Viewing, sharing a link, and quoting a short passage with attribution are all fine. Copying, republishing, adapting, or using any part of this site commercially without written permission is not.

Automated collection of content from this site, including scraping and harvesting for the purpose of training machine learning models, is not permitted without written consent.

Work delivered to clients

Websites, applications, and other work built for clients are governed entirely by the contract covering that work.

PerrfectSite is not responsible for how a client operates, configures, modifies, or uses a delivered product after handover, nor for the commercial, legal, or operational consequences of a client’s own use of it. Responsibility for the content a client publishes, the data a client collects, and the decisions a client makes with the tools built for them rests with that client.

Nothing on this website extends, replaces, or adds to the warranties in any contract.

How communication works

Communication runs in both directions in a professional and courteous manner. That standard applies to the PerrfectSite team as much as to anyone dealing with it.

Anyone experiencing conduct from the PerrfectSite side that falls short of it should report the matter to [email protected], where it will be taken seriously.

Ending an engagement

An engagement may be terminated where conduct makes continuing untenable. Grounds include the following.

  • Violence, threats of violence, or intimidation directed at any person involved in the work.
  • Verbal abuse, harassment, or sustained hostility toward the team or its contractors.
  • Discrimination or abuse on grounds of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Persistent expansion of scope outside the agreed change process, after the matter has been raised in writing.
  • Instructions to act unlawfully, to circumvent security controls, or to breach the rights of a third party.
  • Dishonesty about material facts, including misrepresentation of ownership or authority.
  • Non-payment of invoices beyond the terms agreed in the contract.

Where termination happens on these grounds, work completed to that point remains payable, and the specific consequences are those set out in the contract.

Termination for the first three grounds listed takes effect immediately. Nobody is expected to absorb abuse for the sake of an invoice.

Content published elsewhere

PerrfectSite is responsible for what appears on its own websites. It is not responsible for statements about the company published anywhere else, including reviews, directories, social media, forums, or third-party articles, whether favourable or not.

Links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience. The content, accuracy, and practices of those sites are the responsibility of whoever runs them.

Limitation of warranties

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING, PERRFECTSITE LTD AND SC CURCUBEUL SRL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

This site is provided on an as available basis. No warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and no warranty is given as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerrfectSite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the use of this site, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not the possibility of such loss was known.

Total liability arising from the use of this website is limited to [100 GBP].

Liability for a project is governed by the contract covering that project and is not affected by this section.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where a visitor is a consumer, statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time, and the date at the top changes when they are. Continued use of the site after an update means accepting the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and disputes relating to the use of this website fall to the courts of [England and Wales].

Contracts for services state their own governing law, which may differ depending on the contracting entity.
