What's the difference between the First Interaction and the Full Programme?
The First Interaction is a single session designed to give you directional clarity — it’s best suited for early-stage ideas where you need an honest outside view before committing time or budget. The Full Programme is a structured multi-session engagement involving specialists across product, UX and technology, and is recommended for projects of meaningful scope where ambiguity in the planning phase would be costly later. If you’re unsure which applies to your project, the First Interaction is the natural starting point — and we’ll tell you honestly if a full discovery is warranted.
Who should attend the discovery sessions?
For the First Interaction, the founder, product owner or whoever holds the clearest vision of the project is enough. For the Full Programme, we recommend involving anyone whose area will be significantly affected — that might include a technical lead, a marketing or sales stakeholder, or a department head depending on the nature of the project. We structure the sessions to get the most out of whoever is in the room and will guide you on who to involve before we begin.

What will I get at the end of the process?

In most cases, it takes a few days, depending on the complexity of your project and how much needs to be defined.

We already have an idea of what we want to build — do we still need a discovery?
Having an idea is different from having a defined project. Most briefs that arrive with a clear concept still contain unresolved questions about scope, priorities, technical approach and user needs — and those gaps tend to surface at the worst possible moment during development. Discovery exists to close those gaps before they cost you. The more confident you are in your idea, the more a discovery validates that confidence with substance rather than assumption.
