Yes — every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who is responsible for the full lifecycle of the engagement. They own communication, progress tracking, reporting and decision-making on our side. You won’t find yourself explaining context to a different person every time you reach out or chasing updates across multiple contacts.

Through a combination of structured reporting, shared project tools and direct communication with your project manager. The format and frequency of updates is agreed at the start of the project based on its size and complexity — some clients prefer regular written reports, others want live access to the project board. We set up whatever gives you the clearest, most useful picture without adding noise.

We work across Basecamp, Jira and our internal systems, but we keep the client-facing side as simple as possible. You won’t be expected to learn a complex tool stack. Your project manager will agree with you upfront on how communication and feedback will happen — whether that’s through a shared project space, email, scheduled calls or a combination — and make sure it works for your team.

We use visual feedback tools that let you comment directly on designs, pages or outputs in context — no lengthy back-and-forth emails trying to describe what needs changing. Feedback is logged, tracked and acted on within the agreed workflow. Your project manager ensures nothing gets missed and that every revision is documented.

Reports are built around the type of work being done rather than a fixed weekly template. A development sprint report looks different from a design review or a content delivery update. The goal is always the same — give you a clear, readable summary of what was done, what’s next and whether anything needs your attention — without padding it with information that isn’t relevant to you.

Your project manager handles it. If a decision needs your input, they’ll bring it to you clearly — with the context, the options and a recommendation — so you can respond quickly without needing to dig into the detail yourself. If it affects timeline or scope, you’ll be told straight away with a clear picture of the impact and how we propose to address it.

Any change to the agreed scope is documented, assessed and discussed with you before it’s acted on. We don’t absorb scope changes silently or push back without explanation. Your project manager will give you a clear view of what the change involves, whether it affects timeline or budget and what the options are. Nothing is added to the project without your explicit agreement.
